Global Sport Elevate is a global sports and talent development company providing comprehensive services including, but not limited to:

• One-on-one coaching and training sessions

• Group training programs and camps

• Player scouting, trials, and talent identification

• Player representation, career guidance, and management

• Sports excursions, tours, and international exposure programs

• Events, clinics, and development initiatives

2. Eligibility and Participation

2.1 Participation in our programs is subject to acceptance by Global Sport Elevate.

2.2 Some services may have age, skill, fitness, or eligibility requirements.

2.3 Where participants are under the age of 18, registration and participation require consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation at our discretion where behaviour, conduct, or non-compliance with these Terms is deemed inappropriate or harmful.

3. Registration and Information Accuracy

3.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your engagement with us.

3.2 Global Sport Elevate is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

4.1 Fees for programs and services will be communicated prior to registration or participation.

4.2 All fees are payable in accordance with the payment terms communicated at the time of booking or registration.

4.3 Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once a program, session, or excursion has commenced.

4.4 Refunds, credits, or rescheduling (if any) are granted at the sole discretion of Global Sport Elevate.

5. Programs, Scheduling, and Changes

5.1 Program schedules, venues, coaches, and content may change due to operational, logistical, weather-related, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Global Sport Elevate reserves the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel programs or sessions where necessary.

5.3 We are not liable for losses incurred due to changes beyond our reasonable control.

6. Player Development, Scouting, and Representation

6.1 Participation in training, scouting, or exposure programs does not guarantee selection, contracts, scholarships, trials, or professional placement.

6.2 All evaluations, recommendations, and opportunities are based on professional judgement and external factors beyond our control.

6.3 Any representation or management arrangements will be governed by separate written agreements.

7. Health, Fitness, and Medical Responsibility

7.1 Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks.

7.2 You confirm that the participant is medically and physically fit to participate.

7.3 Global Sport Elevate is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions arising from participation, except where required by law.

7.4 You agree to inform us of any relevant medical conditions prior to participation.

8. Travel, Excursions, and International Programs

8.1 Participation in excursions or international programs may involve travel, accommodation, and third-party service providers.

8.2 Global Sport Elevate acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for acts, omissions, or failures of third-party providers.

8.3 Travel documentation, visas, passports, and compliance with immigration requirements are the responsibility of the participant or guardian unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Code of Conduct

9.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.

9.2 Bullying, discrimination, harassment, substance abuse, or misconduct will not be tolerated.

9.3 Breach of the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination without refund.

10. Media, Photography, and Content

10.1 Global Sport Elevate may capture photographs and video footage during programs and events.

10.2 Such content may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, or reporting purposes.

10.3 Where required by law, consent will be obtained from participants or guardians.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the website, including text, logos, branding, images, videos, and program materials, is the intellectual property of Global Sport Elevate or its licensors.

11.2 No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Sport Elevate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or participation in our services.

12.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Sport Elevate, its directors, staff, contractors, and partners against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation or breach of these Terms.
